1. Studio Services

Aria Pilates provides:

• Group reformer Pilates classes
• Private and duet sessions
• Wellness-related services
• Retail products
• Digital communications

Services are subject to availability and scheduling changes.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to Aria Pilates policies regarding:

• Cancellations
• Late cancellations
• No-shows
• Membership terms
• Class usage limits

Current policies are available on our website and booking platform.

3. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing instructors of:

• Injuries
• Pregnancies
• Medical conditions
• Physical limitations

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. By participating, clients voluntarily assume responsibility for those risks.

4. Studio Etiquette

To maintain a premium studio experience, clients agree to:

• Arrive on time
• Wear grip socks
• Treat staff and members respectfully
• Follow instructor guidance
• Use equipment responsibly

Aria Pilates reserves the right to refuse service for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

5. Memberships & Payments

Memberships, class packages, and retail purchases are subject to applicable pricing, taxes, and policies. Auto-renewing memberships continue until canceled according to studio policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, photography, videos, graphics, and studio materials are property of Aria Pilates LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website functionality
• Submit false information

8. Liability Limitation

Aria Pilates is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or personal property theft occurring in connection with studio participation except where prohibited by law.
